It’s been a few years since I needed service for the built-in Vacuflow vacuum cleaner system in my house.  Today, I needed to have a place fix my apparently broken hose. I called the shop and John talked with me to diagnose the problem and figure out what he would need to have on hand so I would have a working vacuum system again. Once he, my spouse, and I agreed on a time John could come over, we soon saw John drive up to our house.  He was friendly and quickly verified the cause of the problem and provided the parts we need.  He also checked out the whole system and gave us tips to keep our system working well and told us of future problems we might encounter because of the age of our system.
